Three Phase Meter & Instrument Calibrator(Class:0.02)

APPLICATION

CL3172 is able to calibrate all the calibration items of energy meter test equipment ( 0.05S )and AC reference meter test equipment ( excluding insulation resistance measurement, working frequency and voltage endurance testing ), designed to calibrate various energy meters instruments and meter testing equipments.

FEATURES

• Full color 65K, resolution 640×480 dot-matrix LCD, English character display operation indication and various measurement data.
• Measure distortion of each phase’s voltage/current , analyse 2^nd-64^rd harmonic content, and display bar chart of harmonic.
• Real time measure and display distorted wave active power / active energy and fundamental wave active power / active energy,  total hormonic active power / active energy and sub harmonic active power/ active energy and etc. under 3-phase 3-wire and 3-phase 4-wire connecting circuit.
• Based on UA/UB/UC/IA/Ib phase angle, display real-time vector diagram.
• With RS232 communication port, Internet port, which are able to be connected to PC.
• Able to calibrate kWh meter test equipment’s degree of asymmetry/ power stability/ comprehensive energy error/ standard deviation and etc.
• Able to record the performance. of  voltage 、current and phase regulator.
• Able to test the error of monitoring system.
• Able to test the phase sequence and judge the accuracy of the sequence (through software).
• The management software support for editing the testing result such as, magnetic induction, potential difference between the same name-terminal (voltage reduction) for the tested meter position, (CL2033 magnetic field / voltage reduction test equipment adopts unique three-axis measurement mode to test the magnetic induction)
• Able to record the results of outlook measurement and insulation resistance measurement, edited through mamgement software.
• Display each phase’s real time voltage scope, current scope, voltage phase, each phase’s power phase angle, power factor, frequency and degree asymmetry.
